FOOD OF THE FUTURE
Exhibition station at the
MS Wissenschaft 2020
The hexagonal shape of the display cases stipulated by the general design of the MS Wissenschaft present a futuristic aesthetic and in this way reflect the future-oriented theme of the exhibition in its display of insect and in vitro meat as alternative sources of nutrition to the classical source of protein beef. The laboratory scenography and an interactive App option animate visitors to take part in the test. Infografics provide a playful and straightforward mode for obtaining information.
